THE DRONES ARE COMING

You have heard me talking about my friend John who does citizen journalism on Youtube on the "Video Catalyst" channel.  Yesterday we drove to the Tiger Direct warehouse so that he could purchase a control pad for . . . get ready for it, his new Parrot quadrocopter!  Yes, it seems he is going to be doing some aerial video.  He has already paid for it and expects it to arrive any day now.  He is going to start with the basic package and then add accesories as various needs arise.  OK, now things are getting really interesting.
